Lamium bifidum

Lamium bifidum.


  Lamium bifidum is a small annual plant native to Italy, the Balkans and Portugal. It is usually found growing in fallow fields, in low elevations. The heart shaped leaves have a distinct silver-white mark, and the upper part of the white flowers are two-lobed.
In Greece there are 3 subspecies of Lamium bifidum to be found.

  Το Lamium bifidum είναι ένα μικρό φυτό ενδημικό της Ιταλίας, των Βαλκανίων και της Πορτογαλίας. Απαντάται συνήθως σε χωράφια που τελούν υπό αγρανάπαυση, σε χαμηλά σχετικά υψόμετρα. Τα καρδιόσχημα φύλλα έχουν ένα χαρακτηριστικό ασημόλευκο σημάδι, και το πάνω χείλος των λευκών λουλουδιών είναι δίλοβο.
Στην Ελλάδα υπάρχουν τρία υποείδη του Lamium bifidum.
